Meanwhile reports claim Putin ordered two nuclear tests earlier this month which did not in fact take place.

 

This is perfect.  The lack of evidence of a "nuclear test" that didn't happen last month is evidence that "Mad Vlad" tried to nuke the Ukes. Or something.

 

One thing is clear, someone is trying to prepare the populations of the US and Europe for a nuclear conflict.  Which is the kind of crazy we should be concerned about.

Russian funds sent to the Oligarch in charge of nuclear weapons and their maintenance, spent it on a multi million dollar yacht, women, and vodka.

Putin may have already tried a nuke but it was a dud. I suspect most of their arsenal are duds due to corruption.

Regarding the possibility of setting off a nuke over Black Sea, with radiation and tsunamis, I doubt Turkey would be very happy about that. Might have serious effect to current semi-neutral allignment.

I don’t think Russia’s going to set off a nuke over the Black Sea. It may test one in the Arctic, though.
