Your initial post stated that they had determined that Dominion had no case. That is incorrect, to say the least. Saying that they won’t get involved is not the same as saying that they don’t have a case. The case will go forward.

For the Supreme Court, as the ARTICLE reads, Dominion’s “case”
against Mike Lindell for defamation is not going to be heard.

From what I’m reading, they didn’t even refer it back to a lower court.

It didn’t have to be “widespread.”

From Reuters:

“Mike Lindell, a prominent ally of former President Donald Trump, must face a $1.3 billion lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems Inc accusing him of defamation for pushing false claims that its voting machines rigged the 2020 presidential election, with the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday turning away his appeal.”

If you’re going to dispute that, then tell me what makes your analysis right and theirs wrong? Declaring them to be part of the liberal media won’t be much of a refutation.

Let's play devil's advocate here and say for the sake of argument that there was no widespread fraud, as in across the entire nation. Someone may truthfully say that while hiding that fraud did occur in a few specific states to give Biden enough electoral votes to "win".

Dems/Media toad all use the same phrase “ no widespread fraud”. There was fraud but no widespread fraud.

Hasn’t been proven because no Judge would allow any evidence to be presented.

Ha! That was in my original post, but I edited it. I completely agree.

Bruh…the original article cited was not from Reuters, so that is what I’m referencing.
