The War on Drugs has been a total failure. The Cartels love it! They make billions delivering tons of fentanyl pills across the border where criminals here distribute it. It kills more people in a week than all privately owned guns ever have but our so called leaders care only about taking our protection from them away. They have caused people like my wife, who has had seven spine surgeries and lives in constant agonizing pain, to be reduced to so little pain medication that she wishes every day that she were dead. I have no doubt that if you were able to trace the drug money you would find a large chuck of it in our elected leaders, like the Biden and Clinton crime families, probably some unelected like Fauchi and Wray. Ever wonder how politicians almost all become millionaires like Pelosi on salaries that don’t support it? We the people have been screwed by these pigs and it needs to end!

I agree. Why? I think this is a no brainer. It’s obviously in the public interest. To vote against it sends some troubling messages about them. Who’s side are they on? Not ours.
I absolutely believe that, too. There is NO reason this can't be stopped, from military raids on the cartels in Mexico to wholesale execution of drug dealers. It is preposterous to think this cannot be stopped.
I find it interesting that there is NEVER any investigation of who is on the cartel payroll in the USA, from local small town police chiefs all the way up to the Bidens and Clintons. That that issue is never investigates speaks volumes.
Hate burst everyone’s bubble but fentanyl is used in hospital operations, end of life care and as a slow release chronic pain treatment. The benefits are that it’s fast acting (enters and exits quickly) and provides very little euphoria compared to equivalent doses of other narcotics. So outlawing an approved drug because the idiots illegally mix it in with other illegal drugs is just stupid. It’s already illegal for those who are illegally using it.

In my wife’s case, it took away some pain and replaced it with psychosis.
Its just the Democrat's plan to eliminate the homeless. Years ago the dems used them to raze funding and taxed but never intended to salve the problem.
Now they have become a big problem for all the big dem city's and their politicians. Its impacting the party up and down the ticket and could effect the number of congressional seats.
So what to do? Eliminate them. Its the same reason they keep letting all the criminals out of jail. They mostly kill other criminals.
Sure a few regular civilians will die but that's a price the dems are willing to pay. Its a necessary sacrifice for the party and equity.

Given the federal government's very few, constitutionally enumerated powers, Congress doesn't have the diversity of powers, the plurality of powers militia-related, to justify making the "compromise" bills that the feuding, constitutionally undefined political parties always seem to be making.
In other words, most federal domestic policy is based on state powers,and state revenues uniquely associated with those powers, that the feds regularly steal from the states with constitutionally indefensible bills imo.

One possible remedy for putting an end to the unconstitutional legislation of the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress is for the states to consider the following.
After Trump's red tsunami of patriots supporters wake the states up to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (polularly elected federa senators) Amendments, the states need to further amend the Constitution to require Congress to reference the few constitutional clauses that reasonably justify a bill in every bill that they make.
