Horrible crime; now we know too that “conservative” ND is soft on crime.
What happened prior to the MURDER shouldn’t matter in this case.
It clearly was not self-defense. The boy wasn’t threatening the man’s life.
He ran a guy down in order to KILL him. -Murder.
Doesn’t matter if there was an argument or not or what it was about.
The dead guy can’t tell HIS side of it.
In any sane civilization, if you get mad at a person because they think or believe differently from you - enough to hunt them down and kill them, you deserve a noose.
