How will it make it worse? If these "racist roads" were preventing them from leaving the city in the first place, exactly how has the crime that's exploded in the suburbs, as a result of blacks leaving the city?
Because that's what's happening.
We have these things called CARS that are capable of going down any road and avoiding "racist" roads that allegedly block black neighborhoods off from white ones.
Those cars are being used to transport blacks "urban yutes" out to the 'burbs to commit their crimes, and then back into the city.
Since we have these things called "CARS" now, exactly how is any road "racist" since any car can go down any road?
No one with a functional IQ above 78 legitimately believes a road or placement of a road is "racist" ... that's just stupid talk.

I’m really worried, I live 2 1/2 miles from a “blacktop” road, and I recently ordered rock for my road. Brown rock was cheaper than white rock. I must be all kinds of racist?

How many bloody White farms did the rural interstates bisect. How many majority-White villages went to pot because the interstate bypassed them?
Like the old towns in the Southwest Route 66 ran through. H They took a big economic hit, if not turned into ghost towns when I-40 and I 44 were built. There's still some places left but for the most part they're historical relics.

It would make far more sense to start working on the new interstate that is planned to go from Tuscon to Seattle.
There are only 2 N-S interstates west of the Mississippi.
I25 in Colorado, I5 in CA.
Both are seriously over taxed w traffic.
