Just to be clear. Alex B did not win this case as he is not a party. The case is NetChoice V Ken Paxton

Ken Paxton as attorney general prevailed in a case where NetChoice - representing social media platforms - contested the constitutionality of Texas Law HB20 making it illegal in the state of Texas for social media platforms with more than 5Million subscribers during any month, to censor comments.

“Oh but they will continue to censor, they will just find other means to do so.”

Next time they do, a class action lawsuit by millions of oppressed people just trying to exercise their free speech should be implemented. Because we all are affected by this.

The decision itself is pretty interesting. Sadly it will take longer than 20 seconds to consume.
