The Highway is dismantled, a Boulevard is set in place, but then where does Interstate 375 then connect to?

Can they even do that? An interstate highway should not be dismantled unilaterally by a state since it affects the other states. Are they going to have interstate 375 go around the neighborhood?

Please don’t tell me the ‘Boulevard’ is going to be the interstate, that would be insane and dangerous, all that traffic through a neighborhood. Don’t they care about the kids? Wouldnt that be racist to put black kids in danger?

What about slowing down the traffic through the interstate from 65 mph to 25 mph for interstate travelers?.

Now that it is likely blacks live on both sides of the highway, how will this heal anything? Will the torn down homes that made way for the interstate suddenly reappear?
