Don’t confuse the union bosses with the union members. While the union bosses may endorse a Dem, the rank-and-file usually do not.

Those are important statistics if you do all of your driving on a quarter mile track with no other vehicles or pedestrians. As more of these EV's get on the road in normal traffic conditions and start getting into collisions, the nightly news will feature more spectacular wrecks. The added weight will contribute to the damage as well.

I lived there. The rank n file do indeed. To include gun grabber Manchin. He coauthored a very aggressive anti 2A during Obama years and got a free pass. I was living there at the time.
The progressive dem policies were seen with. Incredible increases with “toll road fees”. And the roads, as bad as ever. Jimmy j leading the way with a corruptocracy.

Then how do you explain the overwhelming GOP office holders in the state? WV has three representatives in the House, and all three are Republicans. Of its two senators, one is a Republican (Capito) and one is a Democrat (Manchin). In the WV state senate, there are 23 Republicans and 11 Democrats; in the state House, there are 78 Republicans and only 22 Democrats. The governor was a Dem, but switched parties to Republican.
