Simple solution: post a cop in the home, and call him every time a report comes in.
Too, this follows the usual democrat practice: calling for violence, but only as long as someone ELSE does the dirty work.
I get spam calls all the time from area codes across the country that leave no messages. When I try calling the number back, they are non existent numbers.
