An interesting comparison is the difference between how the Democrats in Texas got out The Cheat in 2016 and 2020.
In 2016, they used the usual Texas Democrat strongholds, and the border counties that have a larger population of invaders.
Since that didn't work, in 2020 the Democrats used a "brute force" election rigging technique.
They took a list of the most populous Texas counties, and rigged them right down the line.
One of the ways that you can see this - some of the "big Hillary turnout" border counties in 2016 had a drop-off in 2020 [because they were smaller population counties]...
