These states should simply seize all federal lands. The Supreme Court has ruled twice over the years that the constitution prevents the Feds from holding onto land. Take it back & put it to use.

As much as I like this ruling, why did it take him 16 MONTHS to issue it when Leftist judges were doing it in 16 DAYS to Trump, and Hawaii judges were doing it in 16 HOURS to Trump?
They’re already looking for a back door so they can do it anyway.
