If we had widely available fusion energy tomorrow, with an essentially inexhaustible supply of energy for everyone in the world, this would not guarantee peace.
If we gave reparations to every single group in the world that has a claim of oppression, whether legitimate or not, this would not guarantee peace - nor would it undo injustice or stop hatred.
If your fellow travelers in the Democrat party, and those on the left in general, could assuage their disdain and hatred for those they don’t agree with, and humiliate all those more conservative than them, take all their guns, discredit what they believe, and take away any political power they might have, that would most definitely not guarantee peace. If would instead be yet another swing of the pendulum - with the guaranteed return swing of the pendulum that would ensure the lack of peace.
You see, Ms. Granholm, it is the hubris and ego that are emblematic of the administration and party you currently work for that are the biggest dangers to peace. This kind of ego is what has led to the rise of essentially every tyrant the world has ever seen.
