Yes. Jurisdiction is where the violations occurred.
Also the Trump v. Clinton case is in FL district court.
“HE FIGHTS!!!”
Just yesterday I was was wondering where we’d be if he weren’t in the equation. His fighting set the example we can follow. He has encouraged groups like Precinct Strategy. He has made groups like True The Vote and Turning Point Action stronger. He has emboldened regular citizens to fight at their school board meetings. We have actual conservatives running for office and winning.
I’m amazed he has the strength to continue as he’s doing.
“He has copies of the documents they purloined.”
I’ve been hoping that’s the case!
Trump always has a plan. When he was first running for President he said in an interview that he lays in bed at night coming up with plans. 😉
Would not making copies of secret documents be illegal?? Other non-classified documents sure...but not classified ones.

They’re all unclassified if he deems them unclassified. And he did that before he left the White House. The President is the only one in America with that authority and he unclassified while he still was President
He ordered them to be released, but the three-letter agencies holding them chose to not release them. Of course, why would they when they are neck-deep in the crimes.
