Well, you need a state bar license as well. Does California still give them out without requiring an accredited law degree?
According to one web stie, 4 states don’t require law school for admission - Washington, Vermont, California and Virginia
Wyoming, New York and Maine require some law school experience, but not a degree.
I don’t certify the accuracy of the above information.
