Texas produces more power from wind than any other state, and the U.S. Energy Information Administration reports the Lone Star State is home to more than 13,000 turbines.
Texas was the chest pounding big mouths pushing deregulation. Looks like they got that and not enough to charge their cars and run their AC's at the same time out of the deal.
