Roger that, my friend! Certain, swift punishment for the miscreants (publicly and, of course, in conformance with Constitutional provisions) would give pause to many of today’s miscreants — not all, for sure — but enough to make a noticable difference. Cheers!

A speedy trial, a guilty verdict (if guilty, must be sure), then a public hanging IN THE AREAS WHERE SUCH HOODLUMS CONGREGATE, then leave them hanging until the crows have a day to feed. Allow any family to collect the remains for disposal.
I think we could put a dent in the crime rate.
