I respectfully disagree. Medicare is essential to millions of retired Americans who otherwise would have no health insurance. I am one of those Americans and find your willingness to take away something that many depend on very disturbing and the antitheses of Christian teachings about compassion and caring for your fellow man.
Medicare isn’t “insurance”. It’s welfare. Whatever money you put into the system was gone decades ago. Your bills are being paid by other people with their money taken from them under the threat of force.
There’s nothing Christian about that.
