Lloyd Austin, when on active duty, led the failed campaign against ISIS. He was tasked by Obama to make regular, insignificant strikes against Toyota pickup trucks and personnel, but nothing strategic that would kill ISIS. He made it look like Obama was “doing something” and would be no surprise if the strikes were coordinated with ISIS ahead of time. A miserable example of an officer.
