And all of the professional sports have crypto sponsors. Bet billions were lost by people who can least afford to lose anything.

Reminds me of a quote by some long dead billionaire regarding the 1929 stock market crash, and I paraphrase:
When the shoeshine boy was telling me about his stock portfolio, that was my queue to get the hell out of the market.

Once again, well-intentioned liberals inviting the poor and downtrodden to be a part of the pyramid just before it collapses.

Imagine for even a second if Trump or one of his sons did this.
CNN would make it news nonstop for months.
Now? Won’t hear a thing about this.

Yep. They could give every single person in those housing projects $100,000 and would have made it back in interest on their other money before they got back in their cars.

the billionaires say will help marginalized communities achieve financial independence through cryptocurrencies. Want to help "marginalized communities? How about the easy-to-understand message of "stay in school" and "no sex until marriage" instead?

Where are all those Freepers who told us Bitcoin and crypto virtual money was the savior of the world . . .
But couldn’t explain Bitcoin without stupid, indecipherable mumbo-jumbo about blockchains and wallets and mining?
$60,000 to $20,000 for a “coin” that only exists in some remote server, probably owned by the Chinese.

that’s pretty much always true when inflationary bubbles pop and the tulips-de-jure suddenly become worthless ... the peasants ALWAYS take it on their collective chins ...

of course not: stupid, indecipherable mumbo-jumbo about blockchains and wallets and mining is absolutely essential to the “explanations” of CryptoTulips ...
