I’ve only briefly interacted with it, and wasn’t impressed. The people who use it all the time hated it.
Then 4000 is about 5%. That means 95% are ok with working with the NRA or don’t care either way. I think it’s about time Salesforce trimmed its salesforce.

Salesforce is just another expensive and useless ERP. Their sales monkeys convince people they cannot do without it but their sales efforts far exceed their engineering efforts. Salesforce is a lousy piece of software.
They have 74,000 employees. He ought just fire them.
Just tell them they are free to cut their own ties via resignation...

I was in charge of hiring/firing in a payroll department many years ago.
There is a solid message you can get thru—either direction—between prior employee trying to use you as a reference for a new employer.
IF the NEW employer is smart-—they will ask :”Are they eligible for REHIRE?” Then you can answer “NO” & that person calling knows NOT to hire them. YOU haven’t bad mouthed them or told any ‘tales out of school”. BUT you have gotten your message across.
