He’s a multi-millionaire who got rich largely by attacking the right in the most vituperative terms he and his writers could concoct.
Well, for whatever’s it’s worth - Maher still hates Trump. And probably us too.
I’m saying he and Musk and several others are in the foxholes next to us in this particular battle against some powerful totalitarians on the left. People are beginning to see what we’re dealing with. I’m sure Maher would rather NOT be taking on totalitarians. He’s smart enough to know what happens to people who do that - and lose. History’s been clear on that reality.

Yes - he’s aghast at some things going on, and I believe he is sincere in that - but it is apparently completely lost on him that he enabled this. Where we are now is the natural progression of the same path he and his fellow liberals traveled down.
I’ve long noted that Mahar seems to be several notches higher on the IQ scale than many of his left-wing entertainment confederates. But he holds to his basic belief system, under which he’d like to see people like us marginalized and isolated (at best).
