Happened in Colorado, not long ago.
A guy shot and killed a cop with a rifle.
Concealed carrier shot and killed the cop killer.
Just arriving cop shot and killed the good guy.
When I was a kid, the California State Fair always had a Calif. Highway Patrol booth, and they sported a bunch of very graphic photos of various traffic accidents...we used to dare each other to walk through and look.
I swear, those photos had an impact on me...from 16 to 79 I’ve never been in an accident and only had one moving violation for speeding...and that was in Namibia in a speed trap. The turds had a radar unit mounted on a tripod on the only paved road leaving a national park. The speed limit was 50 k/hr and I was doing 60...there was a long line of violators, a steady source of income.
