That bill will say that anybody killing two people or more will be given a speedy trial that will reach its conclusion no later than one month from the day of the crime.

If found guilty, that person will be put on death row, pending the outcome of one appeal.

The appeal process shall not take longer than one month from the original conviction date of the crime.

If found guilty on appeal, then the accused shall be put to death by lethal injection or firing squad - no later than one week following an appeal guilty verdict.
