The idea here is to measure the argument presented, not the character or flaws in character of the one who presented it.

We are all sinners Berlin_Freeper and are, or have been, on various issues, on the wrong side of many issues at one point or the other in our lives.

I could point out that President Trump is on the wrong side of Gay Marriage, could I not? But what would that bring to the argument at hand?
