You don’t even understand Hong Kongers were not trying to overthrow the government, just keep their government as it was and as promised.

You think like a ChiCom.

Because Israel is not involved.
Armageddon will gather many nations.

That’s too bad. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is its natural manure. They knew from the beginning they weren’t getting there peacefully. But they were too concerned about their own skins to rise in revolt.

At the time of the revolution, the population of the Thirteen Colonies was 3m souls, half of Hong Kong’s. It rose against a Parliament far less oppressive than today’s Hong Kong. In total, 50,000 Americans died during the revolution. If Hong Kong had managed even a tenth of that, support would have been forthcoming. Instead, they groused and moaned to the foreign press. And the territory’s tycoons counted their gold and removed their funds from the territory instead of supporting the dissidents, unlike Robert Morris, who staked his entire fortune on the revolution, and died a pauper.

You’re bloodthirsty.

Viscerally I felt the same way. It’d be great if they shot these goons trying to take away their freedom.

But you mix up a well planned, and armed and funded revolution in the 18th century with the situation in Hong Kong in 2019.

It’s like you think they should commit suicide.

Armed rebellion may still be in the future but it has to involve China, not just Hong Kong and be planned.

It’d be better to bring them down like the USSR though, ie relatively peacefully.

Your bloodthirsty bromides, that are a bit stilted, are meaningless rhetoric.
