Who would have thought the possible overturning of Roe would mean the end of society as we know it and every other bad thing that can be imagined will be overturned also and we will go back 170 years.
The Hysteria and Fear over this is something I never thought possible from a logical point of view but all of it is from an Emotional point to the extreme.
Until we see in June exactly what the court has done everything right now is total speculation. It is unreal watching Liberals advocating for violence against the court, during it down, calling for murder of the Justices based on rumor right now, not facts. It is an epic meltdown and will run it’s course until the next mess, say total War in Ukraine and we send troops in to fight. As I told someone yesterday, if we have a Nuclear War, no one will care about Abortion Rights then and this person I said it to could not comprehend that.
It would not surprise me at all if this leak , for whatever reason, came from a Conservative Justice’s staff, now would that not be a shock.
Notice that it is always the poor downtrodden that will suffer if Abortion is not available , of course at $600 to a $1000 each. Instead of being able to get birth control over the counter or day after pills over the counter for about $5 and eliminate the 90% of the reason for abortions period.

Maybe some of us, who believe in the Democratic process, would like to put the access to abortion question up to a vote. We are sick and tired of the Leftnicks shoving policy down our throats like we are living in a totalitarian state. The leaked first draft said that the constitutional right to abortion was based upon a flawed argument. That flaw was the claim the right to privacy was a God-given natural law on the same level as the right to life. The right to privacy was not, and the only way to resolve abortion is through the states by a vote of the people.
A vote of the people idea put rabid totalitarians like Liz Warren into a fit of rage today.

The "third party interest" is the key to the whole thing.
The Declaration of Independence says that our rights are inherent in each of us, and endowed upon us by our Creator. The Constitution guarantees to each of us these inherent rights.
I don't need the involvement of a third party to enjoy free speech, to publish, to congregate somewhere, to worship, or to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
I don't need the involvement of others to defend myself from harm.
I don't need the involvement of others to demand the privacy of my papers and possessions.
I don't need the involvement of others to have the right to confront my accusers.
But I do require the involvement of a third party to have an abortion performed on me.
An abortion is not an inherent Constitutionally-protected right of the same kind as those listed above. If someone else must collaborate with me in order for it to happen, it is not a right.
Justice Alito is simply saying that abortion does not rise to the level of a Constitutional right, and that the proper venue for society to deal with it is via the people through their state and federal legislative processes.
