Ping
Then I should be golden because I’ve been taking Vitamin D for decades.
I take extra D3 for my eyes.
Wow, only took 2 years after they poo-pooed the Israeli study that showed deficiency exacerbated COVID.
Been on our regimin for years. Unstricken (so far) and “NON GMO”. We wore clip on face shields for the duration and only masks at the doctors. Yawn!
Yup
Remember the earlier hit pieces that ran about how dangerous vitamin d is and that it needed to be taken off the shelves? People would overdose and die on it.
I’ve been taking vitamin D for many years, and I still contracted Covid-19.
Dr. Roger Seheult, "Coronavirus Update 59: Dr. Roger Seheult's Daily Regimen (Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Quercetin, NAC)," April 21, 2020.
I started following Dr. Seheults recommended regimen on April 22, 2020. I've not had a single respiratory infection, cold, or flu since then (and I used to get about two colds per year almost always followed by bad bronchitis).
My link above takes you directly to the Vitamin D section of the update video.
“Safe and effective“ is a terrifying phrase.
This is so great to know in...checks calendar...2022!
I know the Frontline Doctors can’t help it, but it certainly seems the powers that be did everything they could to avoid this topic.
It’s not Pfizer approved!
Yes, they have....and, have been lambasted for it, right here, by $$s and FRoctors.

The protection isn’t from just taking vitamin D3…
It is from having a serum blood level of vitamin D of >45
Unless you get it blood tested you can’t know.
It is possible you were not taking enough to achieve a high enough serum blood level to offer protection.
didn’t we already know that?
Time to make it prescription only. Then hound any doctor who prescribes it.
Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin.
Too many folks spend far too much time indoors.
I believe the important factor is that the Vitamin D3 levels in your blood need to be over 50ng/ml (I might have the units wrong, but you can look it up) to avoid hospitalization (it doesn't necessarily prevent CoVid infection - it prevents serious consequences). If you have a high level of body fat, the Vitamin D tends to get tied up in your fat. The Vitamin D3 levels in your blood needs to be at the optimum level (not Vitamin D in your fat). You can get a simple blood test to confirm the Vitamin D levels in your blood.
Not quality publications. No real description of controlling for age and odds of exposure for the two groups that are actually pretty small in number.
Also I didn’t see mention of vax in the article for the samples. Might have been there.
Many years ago I asked my doctor if she could write me a prescription for an M3 convertible,
I thought this should be easy everyone knows natural vitamin D is better than supplements
