The National Review is reporting that the DOJ has announced that it will appeal the ruling but I haven’t seen it confirmed anywhere,
I don’t know about that. I live in upstate NY and listening to the radio on the drive home I heard some Leftard official say the Biden admin will seek to appeal to get the CDC back its powers in case of “another pandemic.”

Of course the administration will not tolerate a rogue judge thinking that the LAW is above the “Power” to order pesky civil subjects to “mask up” or be removed from any and all access to “my infrastructure”.
