Regarding KBJ's politically correct confusion (imo) about male and female biological sexes in her confirmation hearings, KBJ seems to have "overlooked" (blatantly ignored?) the Supreme Court case of Minor v. Happersett (Minor).

More specifcally, Minor was a woman's suffrage case where the Court established precedent for recognizing biological differences between male and female sexes with respect to voting rights.

Note that Virginia Minor's work for woman's suffrage ultimately led to the ratification of the 19th Amendment.

"19th Amendment:

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
