If that were true, they wouldn't have been so circumspect when mentioning slavery in the Constitution. Slavery is implied in the "three fifths of all other Persons" part of Congressional apportionment. Also the first paragraph of article 1 section 9 states: "The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person." to allow international slave trading for about twenty years without stating it clearly.
The Constitution was written by James Madison. He was a Virginian. The Captains of the slave trade industry were all New Englanders. That’s where the slave trade industry was located.
I blame the Spaniards for starting this mess about 500 years ago. They were the initial ones to import black Africans into the New World, but schools don’t teach this.

Well, too f**king bad, Brillo pad. It’s what we live by in this country. Don’t like it?? Then GTFO.
Looks like a prison-orange jumpsuit to me
In a perfect world . . .
Were it not for that Constitution, Elie would in fact be a slave, or dead.
