I read this carefully and went to the source story and didn't find a hint of parody; for all appearances this story is legit. It must be absolute hell to work at the Babylon Bee these days when the enemy is becoming more absurd than any situation you could possibly invent.
That said, the rule against attacking members of the first family was temporarily suspended starting on January 20, 2017. Must've been; what other explanation is there? Certainly not that leftists are a bunch of hypocrites. We know Democrats
wish we would forget that some liberal publicly expressed his desire Barron Trump were attacked by a pedophile...and this without a peep of condemnation from the compassionate Progressives.
