This kind of fraud occurred across the nation. It is only part of it though. The mail in(or drop off) ballot fraud was just huge.
This THIRD report shows absolute proof of remote connections to machines and data manipulation on a large scale.
The evidence is so damning that there is no possible way to refute it.
The writers, investigators, officials behind this report are now taking this to other states to seek injunctions against the machines, particularly the Dominion Voting Machines, to have all elections conducted using paper ballot tabulating only.
The THIRD report and its findings constitute prima facie evidence that the machines are used to rig elections and CANNOT BE CERTIFIED.
