Disney has a gay employee problem. It has for a long, long time. In the 90’s I rented a condo while my house was being built. There was the strangest family living there; Father decided he was gay, Mother decided to stick around and hang around with all his fabulous friends and their only child, a son, was even gayer than the Father. Son and all of his fabulous friends worked for Disney….the valued position? Full character costumes.
