Something as so simple as posting in the website a place where real updates and answers to simple questions are answered and displayed. It’s like calling customer service and the phone rings and rings no one answers.
I just got this message just below the “We love you...” message that has a check next to SMS Verified. I have no clue as to what that means. Other posters on FR say they finally have got in they are about #100,000 and I’m at #312,600 so given the pace of things probably looking at another 6 weeks, add that to the a almost 3 weeks already in this is not a good optic.

I’m a Truth Social Beta Tester.
The site’s actual kick off is suppose to be in about 10-14 more days.
Right now we’re still in Beta Test mode although we need some people to come for Stress Testing so over the last few weeks they’ve been letting in 10,000 to 20,000 at a time per a day.
Still working out bugs and still need to test the Direct Messaging.
My wife is still not in and she’s # 127,000 something.
But I think she’ll be very soon if not the next group.
If there were any strings to pull, I’d use them for Freepers but I can’t even get my wife in.
So I’m having fun before she arrives. 😂😆🤣🤪
President Trump has his account setup and will be joining us very soon.
He will probable crash the system for a couple of days.

I can understand they don’t want the site flooded with bots at the start and establishing a solid base of influencers is what i was hoping for.
Twitter is a fake sewer, so i want this Truth social to be far from that and something respectable enough i might sign up.
Getter is full of fake accounts who follow you but don’t repost anything, and Gab has no activity. I like Iclout the best.
When Trump’s platform is fully up and running and there is no wait list, they should put up a banner post and ask, “Do you have a Twitter account?” Do you use it? If not, here’s how to delete it.” It would be telling how many users twitter loses in the following weeks.

The problem Mr Chase is there is nothing out there that is coming from a person with the authority to speak for the company. The company has to know that there is widespread unhappiness and yet is doing nothing to stop the bleeding.
There should have been nothing said about this platform before it was “officially” launched. I personally wouldn’t have downloaded from the apple store if I hadn’t heard it was available from the media.
But the fact is no one including you Mr Chase, nice as you are, is offering anything even as simple as an update on where things really stand. Everything is speculation and nothing more.
It is going to take a huge effort to overcome the negative impression this platform has created for itself. None of this was necessary and could have been avoided.
It has been made public repeatedly for months that the official roll out was going to be mid to late March.
When the general public were slowly being brought in for Stress testing, people assumed that meant is on.
Beta Testers worked on everything else but could not push the limits of the app like thousands of people can.
A few hundred Beta Testers can’t test the Stress of high usage.
Although we tried, more people posting and using the features were needed.

The answer is you don’t.
How are you any different from the liberals that just make up stories and repeat them as facts.
Again the Truth Social company which is intended to be a communications outfit. It is failing to communicate. And that is a hard truth.
No offense meant but as a retired IT person I can tell you there are automated ways to stress test a system.
First employee they should have hired was the best IT security person money can buy.
As a soon to be retired IT analyst, I agree. It's supposed to be SOP.
If a married couple lives in Orlando Florida and wants to take their two kids to Disney World it will cost over $400 a day just to get into the park.
Once you get into the park expect to wait hours in line for a 3 minute attraction. This is not a good use of $400 or a vacation day.
Although it hasn’t cost me money but it did take numerous tries to get registered. Truth Social is actually worse than spending all that resource at Disney World because you cannot even get into the front gate. All you know about the line is it is long. No signs saying “This attraction has a 20 minute wait”.
I hope the format is better than Twitter’s format. I detest theirs.
