Is it common the USA funds pathogen research in BSL-3 and BSL-4 labs around the globe? Or did it just happen “by coincidence” to be in Wuhan and Ukraine?
IF (please note this word in the sentence) the USA has been developing pathogens in Ukraine dangerously close to an unstable border with Russia then that shows both a reckless and stupid foundation for the entire program. I doubt Trump would have allowed something like this, sounds like Obama started them and government officials in the know kept the info away from Trump. Biden of course would have known and perhaps more so than Obama since no doubt Hunter Biden had his fingers in that pie.
It may not have much to do with COVID but one has to wonder what the long-term thinking was or is with these biolabs.
I notice from the list that at least four are quite far to the west outside the current range of military conflict.
