Sending her reminds me of a situation at a job years ago where an incompetent head honcho was brought in. He summoned department heads to meetings, and they’d send truly horrible middle manager/tokens in their stead (and nothing changed or got done). I thought it was hilarious until I got sent to one in my boss’s place; wasted two hours listening to strategic drivel far beyond my pay grade. Regarded it as a long break, and made sure it didn’t keep me in the office a minute later than usual that afternoon...

Poland has been shown for a century (since its re-birth after WWI) that the West doesn’t care about it; sending this skank token should reinforce that perception for them.
