Interesting that an assertion in a filing is now considered "evidence". The seriousness of the charge, indeed.

Its quite interesting that Trump is openly sending his cabinet members around the world to meet with world leaders and the Jan 6 unselect committee has not thought to charge him with violating the Logan act. 🤔
