Schumpeter’s thesis includes that, Prager added nothing. Schumpeter described “the new class”, intellectuals jealous and resentful of those whom they saw as unworthy of success that exceeded their own. The New Class could exist only due to the prosperity created by those whom they would go on to attack.
And here in lies (lying) THE problem:
