Would be nice if repubs would insist the cash be broken out line item by line item. That right there could cut it from 6 BILLION down to 4 BILLION at least. Insist on very strict accounting standards. Maybe hire an accounting firm to keep track of expenditures. Time to get tough, really tough with the rats.
