More than 150 senior Russian officials sign open

Very courageous group seeing that political opposition in Russia is frequently poisoned and/or disappeared.

We will continue to provide support and assistance to Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.

Seeing that the Ukraine is now occuppied and shortly to be fully governed by Russia - pray tell, how does the U.S. or any other nation provide "support & assistance"?
