A cry for witness protection really. Lawyers are not stupid people. They may be amoral and greedy by large, (My daughter is a successful attorney in Seattle) but not stupid.

The filing from Sussmann claims no charges are detailed in the court filing. A lawyer wouldn't say that because a prosecution response would be to file six more charges to make him happy. I suspect Sussman is acting one way to stay alive from the Clinton's and another way quietly cooperating with Durham.

RE: He does not want to end up in Fort Marcy Park…dead.

Shouldn’t anyone in that position make it known he has a person sworn to send an envelope containing damning evidence against Hillary and others in the event of his untimely departure from the living?

Before a headon accident with a truck. Or a sudden drop to the ground by a small plane in flight. Or a death that appears to be from poisoning. Or a man going into a Starbucks coffee shop and shooting them in the head.*

When rumors went around that a former White House intern named “M” was going to destroy Bill Clinton, that scenario took place in which the former intern Mary Mahoney was shot at and killed. The store was not robbed. Two were shot but only Mary was shot 5 times including once in the back of the head. No shots were heard by anyone outside, implying a silencer was used by a professional killer. One story said: “Nothing in the store was out of place. Though there were thousands of dollars in cash on hand, not one dime had been taken from the day’s receipts. This fact would seem to rule-out a robbery.”

Turned out, obviously, that “M” would really be revealed later as Monica. She had known Mary and often went to the same Starbucks.

Despite the usual ufo debunking type attempts, here is one interesting source I found inttriguing:

Bill Clinton’s Murdered Intern - Judiciary Reporthttps://www.judiciaryreport.com › bill_clintons_murder...
Many state Mahoney was about to go public with allegations of sexual harassment by Bill Clinton, when she was gunned down at Starbucks. She was shot five times ...

Something tells me we’re going to see pictures of Durham wearing a white robe and a pointy hat any day now. That would surely be worse than sedition, corruption, treason, wouldn’t it.

“ Look for the media to start piling on with story after story along the line of “Durham out of control”.”

Like they did to Ken Starr in the 90s

Got it. I’m challenging my next speeding ticket on grounds of prosecutorial overreach.

That’ll work! (For corrupt Dims but not for me)

“Any lib judge would gladly throw the charges out.”

For what it’s worth, Durham’s grand jury is in Connecticut, not DC.

He claims the omission of naming his clients is an “immaterial” fact. That he was a good Samaritan in going to the FBI counsel. No evil intent. The key word is “Materiality.”
