Same as in every state. What makes Maryland different is the large number of government employees. Take them out of the picture and the state wouldn’t be so Democrat.

20 states where his approval is under 30%—lowest is West Virginia at 17%. Of the states where his approval is highest, only Vermont has him at 50%.

The problem is the low scores for Biden doesn’t mean they’ll vote “R” in an election.

Look at the NY/CA folks who leave those states. When asked why they say, “High taxes, high crime rates, schools are terrible, etc.” Then they move to, say Arizona or Texas and do what? VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS.

Democrats are stuck on stupid. It’s a death cult.

Vermont always surprises me because you would think that this would be a state of rugged individualists that would heavily lean conservative/libertarian.

I guess the big cities of Burlington, Montpelier and Brattleboro really overpower the smaller towns.

Biden is at 29% in Texas. Almost blue, indeed.

Correct. A very large percentage of Maryland’s workforce leach off of the Federal udder, so-to-speak.

What does that say about Hogan, if Democrats voted for the guy?

That’s what happens when a small State is invaded by socialists from NY, MA, NJ, CT. When the Feds dump hundreds of Somalis and others in the communities.

VT is lost, but we in the minority haven’t given up the fight yet.

I’m in Hawaii and nobody asked me!
I despise Democrats.
Seriously the government is the largest employer here
so it stands to reason most people like the government,
especially the Democrats. nice symbiotic relationship government and unions.
Then there are the extremely rich here.
Obama, Zuckerberg, Neil young, Piglosi, et al.
they got theirs and don’t care about small stuff,
like the cost of a gallon of fuel.
Most Hawaiian citizens are pretty conservative, family oriented people.
They just figure that their vote won’t count so they don’t bother.

In Minnesota it’s 50 percent disapprove, 41 percent approve. I think that a lot of that 50 percent disapproval are democrats who don’t think he’s gone far enough to the left.

Not so much. I live in Hawaii. Saw a “Let’s go Brandon” bumper sticker the other day. Most folks I talk to do NOT like Biden. The rest just give aloha.

Poll: Only Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts and Vermont approve of Joe Biden
I saw this headline and thought, uh, okay, of course, and I scrolled along.

Then, I thought, "Wait a minute!" As I spanked the mouse to scroll back up, I was thinking, "Only"? "Only"? Only means that the list does not include California, New York, New Jersey... Wow.

You reap what you sow, Biteme: illegitimate election = illegitimate presidency.

And not even by much.

I have seen Trump campaign signs in VT so I suppose there is hope for the state. Technically……

One of Trump’s best ideas was to move the FBI to Kansas. When he’s back he needs to make that happen, along with sending out, like Biden illegals on a midnight plane to hundreds of different places, the entire federal bureaucracy.

DC Metro would be in a fire sale the next day. PG would downright collapse, and half the real estate in Potomac, Bethesda, Arlington and McLean would be under foreclosure.

One can always dream!

Burlington is a big college town. Two very liberal colleges are in downtown Burlington. The whole town smells like pot.

The rest of Vermont are either old hippies like Ben & Jerry and ex NYC people that own all the bed & breakfast’s Inns or ski bums.

The only salt of the earth types are the dairy farmers that have been in VT since the Green Mtn Boys in the 1700’s.
They have big signs on their barns that say “Take Back VT”.
They are WAY out voted.

Check out the interesting vote totals in Baltimore County Maryland from 2020:

Trump won both the early vote and election day vote. Got crushed when votes were mailed in or had sketchy (provisional)registration issues.
