My guess is they enjoy the power trip over the opposite sex. People who cannot tell them “no” and have to listen to all their poison.
That is probably a good explanation. Unfortunately, living in WA State we have known some poor little kids trapped in this type of situation... with the full sanction of the state.

Yep. Looking on Craigslist, even used ATVs re in the $4-5k range yet this seems to be a growing problem in the 'hood.
When I lived in Jacksonville, FL., it wasn't uncommon to see gangs of a dozen or more ATV riders on the highway where they'd race in and out of traffic for a couple of miles before exiting on an off-ramp and disappearing into the neighborhood streets.
As much as I loathe Bill de Blasio, I kinda got a kick out of watching him publicly destroy dozens of confiscated dirt bikes and ATVs. These things and their riders are a menace. These are off-road vehicles and have no place on public roads.

I was shocked that there was even a description, of the perp, in the article.
Based on that 2nd video posted, it should haven't been resolved pretty quickly. What are we talking here 12-14 year olds tops. And an adult couldn't, and wouldn't, protect himself. Yes, the kids are the problem, but have men become so wussified?
