“If Baldwin put up money to produce the movie, then he may be a part owner in Rust Movie Productions, LLC, but I do not know that to be the case.”
And if so, unless they can pierce the veil, he’s not liable above the amount of capital he has already invested in the LLC.

Baldwin is not named as a defendant in this lawsuit.He also wasn't named in any Academy Awards nominations.

So the set medic is suing because she had to do medical stuff that traumatized her?Maybe they skimped on the quality of the medic, and the armorer.
