FINALLY - someone woke up and connected the dots. I don’t know of a single TV commentator who has asked Biden what happened to the FUND he was RESPONSIBLE for back in obozo’s time in office. That job was given to Biden to be accountable for the funds and I’ve grown tired of asking WHY this is never brought up! Money went to Solyndra which was a payoff or swindle (either way it was rotten) and they went bankrupt and that’s the last report we ever had..NOT that anything happened to those responsible or a dime recovered! We had the cute retort of “guess those jobs weren’t shovel ready after all” and Biden and obozo went along their merry ways without one stinking question or accounting asked of them...

NOW after the bridge collapse, is someone going to be brave enough to ask the question at WH press briefings? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INFRASTRUCTURE MONEY FROM 2016??

Yup. I’ve been quite angry that I cannot find an accurate accounting of expenditures on ‘bike lanes’ etc. in my state.

The ONLY reason Oregon is so much higher on the USA Today list for states as it pertains to ‘infrastructure’ is that those who pay taxes in this state have paid for our OWN infrastructure under OTIA I, II, & III projects amounting to billions of dollars.

I do know that a nearby project associated with I5 access - which changed interstate access not in the least for better OR worse - was entirely to facilitate a bike/pedestrian path, to the tune of over $30 million.

It’s the new penis envy among libs, doncha know (miles of bike lanes/pedestrian paths).

I remain in the dark as to how much money is diverted to such.

Evidently no one around here has heard the along with States Rights go States responsibilities. The Federal Government is not responsible to repair or replace bridges. That is the responsibility of the State. Obviously, the State, in this case, failed to meet its responsibility.

“make political hay out of a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh, a city Biden had just arrived in to discuss his infrastructure bill”

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action....

If Seattle ever has money to repair the West Seattle bridge they will probably use the money for bike lanes.

“The collapse happened just hours before President Biden traveled to the area to speak at a previously scheduled event”

So are they saying that this was a planned demolition?

What are the odds that a bridge happens to collapse all on its own the morning of an event held in the same city by the xiden administration to tout his infrastructure bill?

Only 9% of Biden’s boondoggle is actually going to repair infrastructure. So this won’t be any different - liberals only help themselves and throw some crumbs to their pets.
