Insanity, for sure. Children, with rare exceptions for those with immunity issues or comorbidities, are not subject to severe illness if infected with COVID-19 so vaccinations are not needed. Based on personal experience, 12 months after the first jab, I can say the covid vaccines are a nothing burger in causing adverse effects. I am more fit now than 12 months ago.

That’s *you.* Not everybody. Many people have had bad reactions, some which disabled the recipients. Some have died.

Because vaccines are not 100% effective, as the number of people who are fully vaccinated goes up, the number of vaccine breakthrough infections will also increase. However, the risk of infection remains much higher for unvaccinated than vaccinated people.

As for reducing the likelihood of hospitalization and death, I have a personal anecdote that says that's hogwash.

That's aside from anyone being unable to know if the vaxx significantly reduces the likelihood of hospitalization and death - because there's not an alternate universe where one can observe the same person without the vaxx.

That's ACTUAL science, BTW.
