I will be gladly paying $4.50+ per gallon this summer in order to ensure a Republican House and Senate. I view it as a tax, but one that I’m actually willing to pay.

He didn’t miss an opportunity - it was intentional. Otherwise, he would have just had to sit and do nothing. Like so many other things that were going well that he totally messed up.

Yes an enormous mistake.
Republicans should have put millions into tv ads making sure everyone knew it was a big mistake.
