Again, what good would slinging lawsuits out like bartenders on a busy night do? Again, the courts would crawl to a stop due to all the frivolous lawsuits thrown around. Why make it easier to sue people for stupid stuff, such as hurt feelings? Because that’s what the trannies have, hurt feelings. Should it be easier for some Karen to sue a school because her 120lb 5’6” 14 year old son didn’t make varsity football against 6’2” 210lb 17 year olds? Because that’s would have happened.

So the trans propagandists and Noem apologist decides to spew out insults? That's about normal for every deranged trans/far left foot soldier I've come across.
Now are you going to deny Noem actually vetoed the very sensible trans bill that was passed by the Republican state legislature?

We are not worried about lawsuits from the left. The do that all the time. They challenged the recent Texas abortion law in court AND LOST.
If we worried about far left lawsuits, we wouldn’t pass any America saving laws.

the very sensible trans bill

You mean the SD Constituionally flawed bill? I have never denied that she round filed that craptastic bill.

Why do you keep denying that she put temporary EO bans in place until her new unflawed bill could be passed that doesn't have those flaws?

You don't give a rats patoot about the bills in question. Noem is a threat to you John McCain types.

Show me in this picture where Noem hurt you...

That would be up to the courts not the governor wouldn't it?
BTW, that's a cute picture of you and your “family” right there. Chuckle.

“Dumb people think the secret of Trump was mean tweets. No, those were just an amusing fringe benefit.”

Very true, and some were HYSTERICAL, like the one where he’s comparing the ratings of the Oscars to prior years. The damn PRESIDENT OF THE FREE WORLD is tweeting stuff like that - I was in stitches!

Now you sound like Bush. "I know it's a flawed bill, but I'm gonna sign it anyway because strategery..."

Feculent idiot.

“Lesson One is to let the people set your agenda.”

That only works when most of your voters want the same thing.

For Republicans, 90% pretty much want the same things, such as serious investigations of how cities run elections. Instead we have most of the elected officials, one of which claiming to have one eye and jumping out of airplanes, telling us that we’re ‘full of crap’ and need to ‘get over it’. Similar with the border, similar with their treatment of Trump.

The Dems CANNOT take that approach, since only about 10 or 20 percent of their voters, for example, agree with kicking people out of the homes, demolishing those homes, forcing people into high-density high-rises, and getting rid of their cars (or making them impossible to charge).

BIG DIFFERENCE and HUGE OPPORTUNITY for our side...if our politicians would simply LISTEN.

Agreed. We’ve even had articles posted here pointing out how relatively conservative politicians head for DC and end up mutating into swamp creatures.

The preservation of our Republic, limited governance, and the protection of our Rights as Americans should be what we “conservatives” are trying to “conserve”.

I still see it that a lot of what is wrong in DC is that We the People wanted something done that the government wasn’t strictly allowed to do. Opportunists were elected who “listened” and created a lever of power out of nothing to accomplish that “group will”.

What worked with Trump is that he listened, and then tried to do what he could to get government out of our way so WE could fix the problem.

Um, so how many law degrees does Noem have?
Answer: ZERO.
By contrast the state legislature has plenty of lawyers in it. Plus professionals who check on the constitutionality of every law passed.
Noem was full of nonsense then and she is still full of it.

“Gov. Kristi Noem pretended she was like this, but she was ruined when she first submitted to the establishment on transexual athletes, then compounding her error by trying to explain that we were stupid for noticing how she submitted to the establishment on transexual athletes.”

She NEVER said we were ‘stupid’ (at least in public, LOL). She did have her spokesman call us a “Conservative Cancel Culture’ for not supporting people like (the swimmer) Lia Thomas taking over girls’ sports.

So, since those same legislators have since admitted their original bill was flawed and that they all endorse her new bill, she is smarter than most lawyers.

Thank you for admitting that.

It would slow the whole state court system to a crawl. While that’s good for certain things, it’s bad for certain things. As a whole, it’s a bad thing. Again, why make it easier for Karens to sue over hurt feelings?

Over just one law?
Don't make me laugh.

Also... Charles Schumer has a JD degree from Harvard and was a member of the New York bar. Being a lawyer in no way connotes a respect for the law or the limits there of.

since those same legislators have since admitted their original bill was flawed

So which Republican state legislators have come out and “admitted” their bill was bad?

All of them currently voting for HER bill. You do know that her bill passed the House in SD with more support that then original flawed bill? I’m betting you didn’t know that. You don’t seem big on doing your own research or even being honest about what you find.
