Same thing happens to Israelis with American anchor babies.
It’s complete insanity. It doesn’t work that way almost everywhere else in the world.
F&cking make a public show of denying her anchor baby citizenship, fine her for any public services used (publicly) and declare retroactively babies born to non-residents (no permanent residency) by at least one parent.....just bulldoze them over the border.

The baby will have dual citizenship.
Even if he had been born in the Lincoln bedroom, he still would not be a natural born citizen because his father being a British subject/Kenyan national made him a British subject/Kenyan national at the time of his birth, WHEREVER he was born.
The really salient feature of the term natural born citizen is the natural part.
The only way one is naturally an American is when one cannot be anything else.
Born here of citizen parents.
It is that singularity of nationality that the founders were requiring.

Such definitions are covered by international treaty, not common sense.
Since you don’t have a problem with foreigners coming to the US to give birth, will you ‘walk the walk’ and pay the bill, so the rest of us taxpayers don’t have to?
So long as they have proof of ability to pay, I don't care if they come across the border to give birth in an American hospital. The children would not receive US citizenship at birth per the 14th amendment, because the parents are not "subject to the jurisdiction" of the US.
