Why not tax AIDS patients who participate in risky sexual behavior? Why not a special tax on fatties and drunks and drug users and sugar-eating diabetics?

All Persons that have been Fully Vaccinated for COVID Shall be DENIED Any and All healthcare for COVID related illness if any portion is funded by Taxpayers, because they are fully vaccinated and don’t need it.
I suggest a tax on idiots. They cause more aggravation, take up more time, and in general are takers not doers, so should pay more. And be labeled, so as to be easily identified.
